MICHELE GOLDSTEIN’S LUCHEN KUGEL
Michele is a Tri-Gam who used to live by the Gas and Grab on Route 3 in Sandy Harbor. Michele says that this recipe is sort of a Jewish mac and cheese, and it’s definitely a comfort food! She serves it as a side dish to break her family’s fast on Yom Kippur.
